Galatians 3:10-11 The Law and Faith in Christ 10 But those who depend on the law to make them right with God are under his curse, for the Scriptures say, "Cursed is everyone who does not observe and obey all these commands that are written in God's Book of the Law." 11 Consequently, it is clear that no one can ever be right with God by trying to keep the law. For the Scriptures say, "It is through faith that a righteous person has life." (NLT) The law put you under a curse. For it is impossible for anyone to keep the law. The Pharisee’s tried but they just ended up being white washed or they only gave an outward appearance of being holy. But inside they were rotten to the core. God wants to change you from the inside out. The law is to show how Holy God is and how destitute we are. The law brings the realization that we are sinners. The law clearly shows that no one can ever be right with God by trying to keep it. But thanks be to God who provided the way to Him through the fulfilling of the law by sending Jesus to die in our place. Therefore through faith you can have life and a life more abundantly in Him. Scripture teaches us to live by faith. You are to live by faith in God, faith in Christ and faith in the Holy Spirit who abides in you. The law is a tutor to bring you to God and to teach you to live by faith in the Savior that God sent for you. Live by Faith.
