Galatians 2:17-18 17 But what if we seek to be made right with God through faith in Christ and then find out that we are still sinners? Has Christ led us into sin? Of course not! 18 Rather, I make myself guilty if I rebuild the old system I already tore down. (NLT) Of course not, Christ does not lead us into sin but shows us that we are sinners in need of Him as our Savior. Jesus is the fulfillment of the law. Why would you want to go back to what you were before? Faith in Christ is what makes us right with God. Our new life is better than our old life. In our old life when problems came we had no one else to be there with us. We just either felt sorry for ourselves or we tried to handle it on our own, our way and when we did it our way it just made matters worse. In our new life in Christ He is right there with us every step of the way. We do not need to worry but to trust for Jesus will never leave us or forsake us. We have the Holy Spirit within us to guide us into God’s will. Problems and trials will always come but now we have a friend to come alone side of us and will always go the distance with us no matter what.
