Philippians 1:3-5

3 Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God.

4 I always pray for you, and I make my requests with a heart full of joy

5 because you have been my partners in spreading the Good News about Christ from the time you first heard it until now.

When the Holy Spirit brings a person or people to your mind, stop, take the time to thank God for them and pray for them. God wants to hear your prayers and He wants you to pray. Pray brings joy to your heart. It is good for us to see our requests answered. It is good for us to see that God is at work doing things His way and accomplishing His will through us.
We are partners with Christ Jesus in spreading the Good News of Salvation through Jesus. We are to serve Christ and that service is spreading the gospel the good news about Christ.
