Psalms 25:12-15

12 Who are those who fear the LORD? He will show them the path they should choose.

13 They will live in prosperity, and their children will inherit the Promised Land.

14 Friendship with the LORD is reserved for those who fear him. With them he shares the secrets of his covenant.

15 My eyes are always looking to the LORD for help, for he alone can rescue me from the traps of my enemies. (NLT)

Fear the Lord for He is all powerful and all knowing. It is by His power that all things were created. He spoke and it became what he wanted it to be. God has no beginning and He has no end. We have a beginning and this life will have an end. We are bound by time but God is not bound by anything for He is eternal. Yes we should fear the Lord for it is He who created us. Fearing the Lord is not a bad thing but a good thing. As we love, respect and worship the Lord there is blessings and promises from Him.

Fear the Lord for you were wonderfully made by Him.
