Words of Encouragement – Joy

Philippians 4:4

Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again — rejoice! (NLT)

Be continually happy and joyful. This happiness and joy can only be found in the Lord. Genuine happiness is spiritual, as it can only come from God. If you want to have joy and happiness in this life you must seek the Lord -- it only comes from Him. What the world considers to be happiness or joy is only temporary and self fullfilling and it is something you have to keep producing. But joy from the Lord and in the Lord is continually satisfying and it is accompanied by peace, this the world cannot produce. Rejoice in the Lord and again I say Rejoice.
