Words of Encouragement

Mark 13:21-23
21 "And then if anyone tells you, 'Look, here is the Messiah,' or, 'There he is,' don't pay any attention.  22 For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform miraculous signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God's chosen ones.  23 Watch out! I have warned you!  (NLT)

There is only one Messiah and that is the Lord Jesus Christ and no others. Anyone claiming to be the Messiah other Jesus is a false messiah even if they perform miraculous signs or wonders. A lot of things can be made to look real but are not. Satan even wants to lead God’s elect astray. The message for us is Watch out! I have warned you! Be in the word, know it well, follow the Holy Spirit's leading and put all your trust and faith in Jesus.
